Your main responsibilities will be: Provides complex, high-quality medical information support for assigned therapeutic area(s), leveraging deep product and disease-state expertise to address escalated inquiries from affiliates and medical information contact centers. Develops, reviews, approves, and maintains global and region-specific medical and technical response documents to support inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers, including healthcare professionals and consumers. Ensures the timely development and maintenance of Global Content, literature summaries, clinical guideline reviews, and Data on File in accordance with established policies, standards, and governance requirements. Reviews and approves medical content, including complex and sensitive scientific information, ensuring messages are clear, accurate, balanced, and compliant with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of assigned products, disease states, treatment guidelines, product labeling, and relevant internal scientific data. Critically evaluates scientific literature and interprets complex clinical and medical data to provide accurate, evidence-based responses. Tailors the communication and delivery of medical information to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including affiliate colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients/consumers. Partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop relevant, high-quality core medical information content. Contributes to innovative approaches and channels for delivering medical information to customers. Identifies and communicates global medical information insights and trends derived from inquiry data to inform broader medical strategy and decision-making. Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar medical information platforms is preferred. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional meetings and initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s legal, regulatory, and compliance environment. Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; medical writing experience is preferred. Strong product, labeling, and scientific-data knowledge, with the ability to apply expertise across therapeutic areas. Solid clinical understanding of disease states, treatment landscapes, and patient-care implications.
