Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency. Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects. Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable. Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports. Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records. Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven. Provide cover for colleagues as required. Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
