At Medtronic Peripheral Vascular, you'll support cutting-edge therapies that help treat peripheral arterial and venous disease, carotid disease, and arteriovenous access conditions. Working alongside physicians and healthcare teams, you'll provide clinical expertise, support complex procedures, and help expand access to innovative therapies that improve patient lives every day. To grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Vascular products. Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomy and the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD. Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration, and expense planning and control. Train medical staff on products and procedures. Consistently achieve assigned performance objectives and business goals. This Austin-based role requires candidates to reside within the assigned territory and travel regularly between customer accounts. Vascular Sales Representatives are required to work standard business hours and may often require additional evenings, weekends and travel to support business needs. A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards are required . Identify and capitalize on opportunities across existing and prospective accounts, leveraging the full product portfolio to expand customer partnerships, increase account penetration, and maximize business performance. Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, strategic presentations, and clinical discussions that drive therapy adoption and business growth. Influence and close business opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, effective objection handling, and cross-functional partnerships that deliver customer and business outcomes. Expand and accelerate market growth by generating leads, uncovering new business opportunities, representing Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events, and implementing strategies that differentiate Medtronic solutions from competitors. Partner with physicians and care teams to plan procedures, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that optimize patient outcomes. Manage territory operations with a focus on account coverage, market intelligence, expense stewardship, and adherence to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to share market insights, support business objectives , and maintain expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends. Perform job duties that require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday up to 8 hours a day. Operate safely in clinical environments that may require the use of personal protective equipment and exposure to infectious diseases or radiation. Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years OR associate's degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences Preferred Qualifications 6+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales with 4 years’ experience selling medical device or medical capital equipment Degree in biological science or business preferred Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
