Reporting and insights: Produce high‑quality analyses and reports; track metrics on cycle time, training, and risk remediation; share insights to continuously improve ways of working. About you: A proactive, collaborative legal professional committed to doing the right thing and delivering with urgency and quality. University degree in Law; bar qualification desirable. At least 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry or at a law firm. Exposure to clinical research agreements and governance, competition/antitrust, data privacy (GDPR), employment, and corporate/company law. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Recognized for business‑oriented judgment, clear communication, and the ability to influence and build trust across functions and levels. Organised, accountable, and comfortable prioritising in a fast‑paced environment; balances detail with simplicity. What you’ll bring (AZ values in action): Patients first: You anchor advice in patient safety, ethical promotion, and responsible access. Follow the science: You ground recommendations in evidence, data, and regulatory guidance; you’re curious about innovation, including digital and AI. Do the right thing: You uphold transparency, speak up, and help others navigate grey areas with integrity.
