JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly strategic and influential Global Finance AI Transformation Program Manager to lead complex finance transformation initiatives across our global organization. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption and successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions within Finance, with a particular focus on Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, accounting operations, and enterprise-wide transformation programs. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, PMO teams, Accounting stakeholders, Technology teams, and executive leadership to define, deliver, and scale AI-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, decision-making, and business outcomes. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, strong program leadership experience, and the ability to influence Director-level and senior executives across multiple geographies and functions. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Lead multiple global Finance transformation programs focused on AI adoption, automation, process optimization, and digital innovation. Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within approved budgets. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, governance structures, and success metrics. Drive execution across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Ensure alignment between Finance, Accounting, Technology, PMO, and business stakeholders. Finance AI Strategy & Transformation Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency. Support the development and execution of the Finance AI roadmap, particularly across RTR activities. Translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of emerging technologies across Finance operations. Stakeholder Management & Executive Influence Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Global Finance, Shared Services, and Technology organizations. Influence decision-making at Director level and above through clear communication, business cases, and strategic recommendations. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates. Drive alignment among stakeholders with diverse priorities and objectives. Change Management & Communications Develop and execute communication strategies that support successful transformation outcomes. Ensure effective engagement of impacted teams throughout program lifecycles. Lead organizational change management activities to maximize adoption and sustainability. Create clear and compelling communications tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Risk Management & Governance Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are implemented. Establish robust governance and reporting mechanisms. Provide accurate and timely updates to leadership on program status, risks, key decisions, and achievements. Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project management methodologies, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 10+ years of professional experience within Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Transformation, or Program Management. 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), Accounting Operations, or Finance Transformation environments. Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs. Strong understanding of Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Financial Close, Controls, Reporting, and Shared Services operations. Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. Proven ability to influence and drive alignment at Director level and above. Strong project and program management expertise, including governance, risk management, and change management. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or data-driven initiatives within Finance. Knowledge of large-scale ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent finance systems. Experience working within multinational organizations and global shared service environments. PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification. Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
