In this role, you will support the implementation of Veeva Link best practices to meet customer needs and conduct tailored training sessions. You will focus on preempting and supporting specific customer needs, answering technical questions, managing tasks and reporting on status. Working closely with Japan and Global teams in a fast-paced, expanding environment, you will ensure customer success by driving business value and high user adoption. This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. What You’ll Do
Support customers to adopt and embed Link in their daily business processes, catering to both large pharmaceutical and small biotech companies.
Develop and nurture relationships with customer key stakeholders.
Work with the Lead Technical Consultant responsible for integrating Link data into Veeva/Vault CRM.
Drive customers’ change management, training end users, and maximizing customer engagement with Link services.
Report customers on Link adoption progression and health check
Correspond to customers’ queries related to Link.
Catch up the latest solutions of Veeva Link platform (Link Key People, Link Medical Insight, Link AI etc..) and make demo presentations to customers.
Contribute to Link presales activities, leveraging the expertise, collaborating as a team. Requirements
3+ year experience in Medical or Commercial or Data Analytics or any roles in life sciences industry
Proficient in both Japanese and English
Excellent customer-facing talents and relationship-building skills
Ambition for high-quality and self-driven work
Mindset of continuous improvements Nice to Have
Experience MSL or MR including KOL management
Experience delivering end-user training or a presales role to lead demo presentation sessions to clients
