As a HR Technology Analyst at ICON, you will support and optimizing HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for human resources deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and supporting HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user satisfaction. Collaborating with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues. Analyzing HR data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. Providing technical support and training to HR users, facilitating effective use of HR technology platforms. Staying updated on HR technology trends and best practices to recommend improvements in HR system capabilities. Your Profile: You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and a good understanding of HR processes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and generate insights for strategic decisions. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to support and problem-solving. A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and driving improvements in HR operations.
