Job Function: Supply Chain Deliver Job Sub Function: Warehouse & Distribution Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium, La Louviere, Hainaut, Belgium Job Description: Job Description: J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Distribution Network Manager, located in Beerse or La Louviere, Belgium. As manager of the Network Support Team (EDN), you will join the Deliver Hubs organization, which supports the central distribution centers in Beerse and La Louvière within the J&J DELIVER EMEA network. The team enables reliable distribution across the Worldwide Distribution Network by maintaining business continuity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with market needs. It manages the flow of J&J Innovative Medicine products through the European hubs and works closely with stakeholders across the distribution ecosystem to ensure seamless delivery to end customers. The team focuses on distribution, warehousing operations, and value-added services, using both inside-out and outside-in perspectives to meet upstream and downstream network needs. It also supports the introduction of new products worldwide, ensuring timely launches and smooth integration into the network. Using data analytics, the team monitors performance, resolves issues, and improves operational processes to deliver reliable and efficient global distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and development of your team members to ensure that right proficiencies are available to cope with changing business dynamics and evolving technology. Builds a culture of trust and high engagement in their organization. Actively engage throughout the network collaborate on end2end improvements across departments. Ensure performance metrics (people, service, budget) on target and initiate actions to prevent potential misses. Secure flawless implementation of repack and relabeling activities Secure safety, quality, process compliance and audit readiness. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering /supply chain/ business MBA, FPX, Lean Green Belt/Black Belt, APICS are considered a plus Experience and Skills: Required: +8 years working experience in an international environment Proven experience in logistics, customer service, manufacturing or planning Proven experience in a people management role Experienced in project execution, familiar with lean and PM tools to serve the project execution. Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority, good communication skills towards both the shop floor and senior management, able to lead in a diplomatic way. Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.) Proven change management experience (process, organizations) Preferred: Experience working with ERP systems (eg. SAP) Experience with Pharma regulations, GMP, GDP Analytical skills (data analytics, business statistics, PowerBI, Tableau…) Pro-active and problem-solving attitude. Self-starter, confident to work independently. Other: Language: English is a requirement. Dutch and or French are considered a plus. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical and mental health.
