Senior Manager - BR Global Initiative

Job Description Summary Lead and deliver high-impact global strategic initiatives, BD&L and M&A integration programs by driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and change management to achieve business objectives within scope, budget, and timelines. Job Description Major accountabilities - • Project Delivery: Delivers project work in partnership with sponsoring function through tracking milestones and engaging with stakeholders with high quality to achieve successful outcomes within the planned budget and timeline. This includes strategic global initiatives, BD&L and M&A Integrations type of projects • Methodology Development: Contribute to the development of standardized frameworks, templates and methodologies for project delivery and change management as part of establishing best practices for team and building capability across BR • Knowledge Sharing: Share lessons learned and knowledge gathered from projects across team and relevant organizations ensuring continuous improvement Essential Requirements: • Graduate degree in technical, scientific, financial, or business discipline. MBA / masters in pharma are preferred. Minimum 10 years with +5 years' experience leading strategic projects ideally in a consulting or pharmaceutical environment • Scientific industry experience with understanding of drug discovery/development in pharma or biotech ideal • Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles and a proven track record of managing global projects and programs, with a focus on successful outcome delivery and embedding within the organization • Experience in management consulting and business partnering in a global organization • Hands on experience of managing post-merger integrations of Business Development & in-licensing deals is preferred Skills Desired Business Networking, Business Partner Relations, Business Planning, Business Process Transformation, Business Strategies, Curious Mindset, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, Finance, Go-to-Market Strategies, Key Account Management, Leadership, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Management Consulting, Scrum Methodology, Strategic Planning
