Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job Description The Sr. Systems Developer is responsible for maintaining and supporting corporate applications including security, configuration, validation and deployments. This includes but is not limited to managing releases, troubleshooting issues and managing application documentation. Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for moderately complex technical information system components. Essential Functions and Other Job Information: Develops cost and resource estimates for projects. Provides recommendations on database design. Develops and codes system components according to specifications. Prepares and approves system documentation, including requirements document, specification document, test plans and user manuals. Performs unit and system tests and, as needed, validation testing. Coordinates with Operations staff on deployment of applications. Collaborates with other IT groups to include support and deployment of product. Provides guidance to junior staff and contract labor in executing systems development responsibilities. Works with business partners to analyze and address support requests. Ensures all activities are performed with quality and compliance. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies, REST services Excellent knowledge of basic relational database platforms Familiarity with the following systems & skills preferred: Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Web App, Azure Function App, Azure DevOps, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Project Management Strong logic, analysis, and problem solving skills Working conditions Long, varied hours required occasionally. Required to participate in on-call rotation. Required to work in APAC Shift-2 (1 PM IST – 10 PM IST / 3:30 PM PST – 12:30 AM PST).
