The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a n Operations leader. As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the OLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. Strategic Business Impact The OLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 12, 2027 – July 2029 . Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology , and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Assignments will include the following core rotations in addition to other elective opportunities in Supply Chain, Distribution/Logistics, Procurement, and Quality: Core Technical Manufacturing Engineering PPI Specialist Process Engineer Value Engineering Automation/Robotics Core People Management Distribution Team Lead Production Team Lead Quality Team Lead Compensation Our O LDP offers a starting salary of $8 4 ,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance. What We Look For Academic Background & Work Experience: Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in one of the following: Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field of study. 1+ years of Operations -related work experience ( i.e. work experience, internships, special projects , etc.). Leadership Profile: Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems. Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities. Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
