Location/Division Specific Information: Greenville, NC How Will You Make an Impact?: Support and maintain aseptic/non-aseptic manufacturing areas. Uses appropriate interpersonal styles, training methods, and leadership to guide individuals and groups (subordinate, peers, or superiors) toward task accomplishment in the optimum operations of manufacturing areas. Coordinates the efficient operation of bulk manufacturing/filling area including compounding, sterile filtration, and maintenance of pharmaceutical products. The candidate will also need to be flexible to support other shifts as needed. Initial start will be on day shift for several months then move to night shift (6pm-6am). A Day in the Life: Ensure pharmaceutical products are manufactured in accordance to area SOPs and current cGMP. Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks and controlled forms. Complete tasks vital to manufacture drug products in an aseptic filling area, including: Cleaning cGMP Areas Parts Preparation Filter Integrity Testing Operating Parts Washers and Autoclaves Performing Tray Loading Operating the Filling Isolator General Material Handling Troubleshooting Equipment Alarms Designated Trainer/Certified SME Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting or related field. Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excels in a team environment. Basic math skills. Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product. Ability to perform repetitive work duties. <span
