Für unseren traditionsreichen, stetig wachsenden Produktionsstandort in Troisdorf (Nähe Köln/Bonn) suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis einen: IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) As an IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) , you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the implementation of future-oriented IT solutions. Working closely with business functions and international project teams, you will make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our European manufacturing sites. The Role & What You Will Do Every day, we rise to the challenge of making a difference in the world, and the IT Business Analyst role will play an important part in achieving this goal by: Analyzing, optimizing, and further developing business processes in Manufacturing, Quality, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Gathering, evaluating, and documenting business requirements Participating in local and international IT and digitalization projects Advising business functions on the selection and implementation of appropriate IT solutions Supporting and enhancing existing applications and systems Collaborating with national and international business and IT stakeholders Identifying automation and digitalization opportunities Supporting change management and transformation initiatives Play an active role in application integration implementations for EU sites (LIMS SAP, MES SAP, SAP Arvato, SAP OSM).
