The TPA Analyst is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing Trade & Distribution performance reporting and Fee-for-Service (FFS) contract scorecards that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across US Commercial operations. The role applies analytical and business expertise to evaluate customer and channel performance, identify trends and exceptions, support contract governance, and inform tactical and strategic decision-making. The TPA Analyst serves as a subject matter resource for Trade data and FFS performance, partnering across Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, Business Units, Enterprise Account teams, and GSK trading partners, including wholesalers and distributors. The role requires strong analytical judgment, customer focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders by translating complex data into clear insights, identifying root causes, and recommending opportunities for performance and process improvement. The role is also responsible for ensuring data accuracy, operational excellence, compliance with applicable controls, and continuous improvement of Trade analytics and contract performance processes. This includes managing relationships with internal and external partners and identifying opportunities to leverage automation, data, and technology to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and business value. Key responsibilities: Own and deliver Trade & Distribution performance reporting and FFS contract scorecards, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful insights are provided to Account Directors, business stakeholders, and authorized trading partners. Analyze contract and channel performance to identify trends, variances, exceptions, and opportunities; communicate key findings and recommended actions to stakeholders. Execute quarterly FFS payment processes in accordance with established SOPs, SOX controls, contractual requirements, and governance processes. Conduct detailed research and analysis of customer appeals, distribution events, and performance exceptions to validate data, identify root causes, and support accurate interpretation of contractual metrics. Evaluate distribution-related events and contractual performance on a recurring basis, providing recommendations and supporting governance decisions regarding metric adjustments or business actions. Serve as a Trade data subject matter resource for Market Access, Finance, Forecasting, Business Units, and Enterprise Account teams, responding to complex inquiries and translating data into actionable business insights Support cross-functional projects and initiatives involving Trade, Distribution, Market Access, data, analytics and customer performance. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2+ Years experience in Analytics, Finance or related field Experience with pharmaceutical distribution channel and industry trends. Experience in data analytics, SQL programming, relational databases, and desktop tools like MS Excel and Macros, and Power BI. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Strong problem-solving, influencing, and process improvement capabilities. Demonstrated communication skills, customer focus, and relationship development abilities MBA/MSIS or equivalent experience. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Experience using tools like SAP, AI tools and Spotfire for creating management reporting tools. Robust customer relationship development skills. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives Proven ability to integrate, analyze, and disseminate complex data from multiple sources.
