A Day in the Life The Structural Heart Operating Unit develops therapies that treat patients with heart valve disease, including aortic, mitral, pulmonic, and tricuspid conditions. This role supports the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio, including the Evolut platform, and the Transcatheter Pulmonic Valve (TPV) portfolio, including Melody and Harmony therapies. This field-based position supports customers across the Northwest (Manchester, Blackpool, Liverpool and Leeds) territory, partnering with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders involved in therapy adoption, patient pathways, and procedural delivery. Regular travel throughout the territory is required to support customer engagement, clinical cases, training activities, and account development. This role combines territory management, therapy development, clinical support, and commercial execution to drive adoption of Structural Heart therapies. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers to expand patient access, support procedural outcomes, and deliver commercial objectives across the TAVI and TPV portfolios. Primary Responsibilities Deliver territory sales targets and drive market share growth across the Structural Heart portfolio Develop and execute account and therapy development plans aligned with regional and national objectives Build relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, referral partners, and key opinion leaders Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contracting, and account optimisation activities Drive therapy education and care pathway initiatives to expand patient access and referral growth Provide technical support and procedural guidance to implanting teams and catheterisation laboratory staff Deliver product training and education programs using approved clinical and commercial resources Manage consignment inventory in compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements Required Qualifications Experience in medical device sales and territory management Experience providing procedural or catheterisation laboratory support Experience engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within complex healthcare environments Valid UK Driving Licence and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Preferred Qualifications Experience in cardiovascular, interventional cardiology, or structural heart therapies Experience supporting Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) or related structural heart procedures Experience leading commercial negotiations and procurement discussions Experience delivering clinical education and therapy development programs Knowledge of National Health Service (NHS) referral pathways, funding structures, and procurement processes Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
