Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 3 years of experience in software testing . Major Job Responsibilities: Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing . Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools . Collaborate with developers and testing team members to resolve issues . Maintain test documentation including test cases and execution results . Support testing environments and test data preparation . Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of software testing lifecycle and methodologies . Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) . Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation . Exposure to Agile environments . Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail . Must Have Skills: Manual testing fundamentals . Defect tracking tools . Basic SQL knowledge . Strong communication and problem-solving skills . Good to Have Skills: Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) . Basic API testing knowledge . Domain knowledge (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred) .
