We are offering an internship opportunity as a Quality Control Assistant in our Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit in Berlin. You'll be at the heart of our operations—meticulously reviewing clinical documentation, validating data entry, and ensuring every study meets the highest standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical research environment while making a real impact on patient safety and data quality. This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience in the world of clinical trials. This is a 12-month, part-time contract: 16 hours per week (+25%). The Role You'll be responsible for: Reviewing and validating clinical documentation (Informed Consent Forms, assessment data, adverse events) Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GCP and Good Documentation Practice (GDocP) guidelines Performing quality checks on source data and electronic/paper Case Report Forms (CRFs) Supporting the team with data entry and database management using ClinBase® Collaborating with study teams to maintain the highest standards of data integrity. What We're Looking For You are currently enrolled in a medical or scientific university program Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Windows Office and ability to quickly learn new systems Background in a medical or scientific field (preferred) Experience with data validation, transcription, or processing (a plus!) Fluent skills in German and English (written and spoken).
