The Business Operations Director will be providing close support and thought partnership to the function’s leadership team. Partner with the Leadership Team to develop and facilitate the execution of the department’s objectives. Drive business benefit analyses including return-on-investment, problem solving or strategic thinking integrating key information to ensure on-time delivery of project or business milestones. Drive development, interpretation and provision of key performance indicators and analyses including ensuring maintenance of departmental dashboards. Contribute to day-to-day operational support to the department Actively support communications within and outside the department (i.e. workplace, Let’s Talk, etc.) Partner with Finance and prepare timely and accurate reports on financial performance. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategy to influence decision making and behavior change to improve productivity Independently develop recommendations to enable informed decision making and driving business operations projects. Understand and be able to influence the environment outside of the department to support achievement of the departmental objectives. Why you? These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
