The Opportunity Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, Pediatric Nutrition. The Senior Project Manager, Pediatric/Infant Nutrition, reports to the Business Relationship Manager, Pediatric Nutrition within the Internal Agency, Creative + Digital Services. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into executable project plans for marketing communications initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager serves as the primary orchestrator of work through the creative studio, balancing business priorities, team capacity and delivery timelines. They will lead project intake, prioritization, resource coordination and cross-functional alignment, ensuring projects are structured for success and delivered efficiently from concept through completion. What You’ll Work On Core Job Function Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Brand teams to understand business objectives, marketing priorities and project requirements Partner across CDS functions to align resources, timelines and deliverables that support business objectives Translate business needs into clear & comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements Parter with creative studio leadership to ensure appropriate staffing, capacity planning and resource allocation Ensure projects are properly structured and positioned for successful execution Maintain visibility to project health and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery Lead prioritization discussions and recommend trade-off decisions when project demand exceeds available capacity Proactively plan for upcoming work by aligning business priorities, timelines and resource needs across CDS Build strong partnerships across CDS, Brand & cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery Foster collaboration and accountability among teams to achieve project objectives Champion continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows and tools Project Management Own end-to-end project management from intake to delivery Lead project intake, scoping and kickoff activities to ensure clarity & alignment Develop, maintain and communicate integrated project plans and timelines Organize and facilitate project reviews, decision-making discussions, and stakeholder approvals Track project milestones, dependencies, scope, risks, decisions, feedback and action items Drive timely decision-making and escalate when project obstacles arise Lead Brand and Internal status meetings, providing detailed meeting recaps and next steps Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, timelines and resource constraints Ensure compliance with Abbott’s medical, regulatory, and legal guidelines.
