As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clinical trials from start-up through closeout, helping ensure projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and a commitment to getting it right the first time. Working closely with cross-functional experts, you will coordinate operational, financial, and technical activities across global project teams. Your leadership will help drive successful study delivery while maintaining alignment with customer expectations for quality, timelines, and cost. This is an opportunity to contribute to oncology clinical research, collaborating with experienced scientific, therapeutic, and operational leaders to deliver innovative solutions that support successful trial outcomes. Where You'll Work This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Australia. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. This role is remote. Travel may be required when needed to support project activities. What You'll Do Lead the coordination and management of clinical trials from study start-up through closeout. Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to support successful study delivery. Partner with functional area leads to identify, assess, and resolve complex project challenges. Drive informed business decisions by interpreting project data and implementing effective solutions. Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations for quality, timelines, and budget. Foster collaboration across global, multi-functional teams to maintain project alignment and execution. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks that could impact delivery. Work closely with Project Management leadership and functional teams to achieve contractual and customer commitments. What You'll Bring University or college degree in Life Sciences preferred. Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including previous Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO environment. Demonstrated experience managing Oncology studies. Strong ability to manage projects across a multi-office, global environment. Excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in English required.
