Location: Lima Free Zone, Cartago, Costa Rica Duration: 6 months internship Recruitment process: Sept 2026 Start Date: Oct 2026 How you could make an impact: People Development: Support the design and implementation of support, training, recognition, and accountability model for internal facilitators. Help strengthen collaboration among facilitators, project owners, and teams involved in learning and development initiatives. Support the implementation and adoption of Individual Development Plans, or IDPs, in Workday. Develop communication materials and resources to facilitate the adoption of new development tools and processes. Analyze the new-hire experience throughout the onboarding program. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and learning programs by applying adult learning principles. Provide feedback and support facilitator training to promote continuous improvement in presentations and learning methodologies. Technology & Data Enablement: Develop interactive solutions to review key metrics and support strategic decision-making. Integrate information from different sources and platforms, including data related to individual development plans, workforce planning, and learning systems. Support the migration and optimization of manual Excel-based processes into more scalable technology platforms and solutions. Organize, clean, and standardize historical data stored in SharePoint. Contribute to the development of a data architecture that establishes where information is stored, how it is structured, how frequently it is updated, and how it is used across different reports. Develop SharePoint solutions that provide employees with accessible learning and development materials in Spanish. Create reports, visualizations, or dashboards that transform data into clear and actionable insights for the team. What you'll need (Required): University students in the final years of studies pursuing a degree in: People Development : Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Education or Adult Learning, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. (minimum 75%-degree completion) Technology & Data Enablement: Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Library, Information Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields. (minimum 75%-degree completion) Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. (B2 level or higher) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable. Availability to work on-site as part of an in-person internship program.
