VYVGART® / VYVGART Hytrulo® (efgartigimod) is approved for generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) and is being evaluated for several additional indications, including three rheumatology indications: autoimmune myositis, Sjögren's disease, and systemic sclerosis. The Director, US HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of the US HCP marketing strategy for Sjögren's disease, with near-term ownership of market development and disease state education to increase understanding of the disease, its burden, and unmet need among priority HCP audiences. This role will shape the commercial strategy and build the foundation required for launch readiness. This role will report to the Senior Director of US HCP Marketing, Rheumatology Lead, and will serve as the HCP marketing lead for Sjögren's disease. The Director will partner closely with internal cross-functional leaders and external agencies to define and deliver integrated personal and non-personal engagement across field, digital, media, peer-to-peer, and national and regional congress channels. In close collaboration with the broader HCP Community, this role will own the US unbranded strategy and contribute meaningfully to VYVGART Hytrulo brand strategy, indication planning, and launch readiness. Key Responsibilities: Lead, in collaboration with Global, the development and evolution of the Sjögren's disease state education strategy, campaign, messaging platform, and content ecosystem across personal and non-personal channels Own integrated HCP media and omnichannel strategy, including audience prioritization, segmentation, investment decisions, activation plans, and optimization Lead national and regional congress strategy and execution, including booth experience, educational programming, media integration, KOL engagement, field coordination, and post-congress pull-through Set the strategy for peer-to-peer education, including educational priorities, program design, content development, training, execution, measurement, and ongoing optimization Support US launch readiness efforts including the development and execution of the HCP branded VYVGART Hytrulo strategy and tactics Build strong partnerships and drive alignment across US and Global Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Business Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, and agency partners to deliver a coordinated HCP experience Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to navigate the Promotional Material Review process, anticipate risks, and enable timely, compliant development of HCP-directed materials and programs Define success metrics and measurement frameworks; evaluate performance and apply insights to optimize strategy, content, channel mix, sequencing, engagement, and investment Lead agency partners across strategy, creative, media, peer-to-peer, congress, and execution; establish priorities and manage resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple simultaneous workstreams Education, Experience and Qualifications: The US commercial organization is Boston-based; this person must be in the office as needed to support key planning and coordination meetings BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA is a plus 10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results. Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality, willingness to roll up sleeves and flexibility to jump in where the business needs dictate Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment governing pharmaceutical promotion Strong project management, communication, and organization skills Experience in rheumatology preferred US launch readiness experience preferred Travel 30% #LI-hybrid This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
