Co-op term is from January to December, 2027. Full time requirement (40 hours per week). Purpose: The Inventory Analyst Co-Op will support global inventory management, analytics, and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to inventory planning, data analysis, process improvement, and reporting activities that help balance customer service, inventory investment, and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with inventory leaders, supply chain planners, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop insights, improve reporting tools, support inventory governance processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements. You will be responsible: Support inventory analytics and reporting activities using Power BI, Excel, SAP, and other digital tools. Assist in monitoring inventory performance metrics, including inventory targets, service levels, excess inventory, backorders, and inventory health indicators. Prepare recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership reviews and operational meetings. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support inventory optimization decisions. Support inventory governance processes by validating data, maintaining documentation, and tracking action plans. Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial organizations. Assist in scenario analyses related to lead times, demand variability, inventory policies, and network changes. Support continuous improvement and digitalization projects aimed at reducing manual work and improving reporting accuracy. Help maintain data quality and ensure consistency across reporting systems and business processes. Participate in special projects that support supply chain performance, inventory optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Qualifications / Requirements: Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration Data Analytics Operations Management Finance Related field. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English. Preferred Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain planning concepts. Familiarity with inventory management principles. Experience with Power Query, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools. Previous internship, co-op, academic project, or leadership experience. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
