Based in Bend, OR, this Production Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated night shift operations team and drive excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a night shift role (6 PM to 6 AM). Remote or hybrid working is not available for this position. What you will get: An agile career and dynamic working culture. What you will do: Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of daily production activities. Delegate tasks based on team members’ expertise to meet goals and reduce errors. Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues. Promote a culture of trust and continuous learning within the team. Provide accurate information to support informed decision-making. What we are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent experience; college degree preferred. Experience in a supervisory role within a GMP or solid dosage environment. Strong literacy, numeracy, and documentation skills. Ability to follow established procedures effectively. Proficiency with computers and documentation systems. Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule. Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
