Job Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Partner with Global Total Rewards leadership to develop and execute Total Rewards strategy across APAC. Provide APAC market insights, trends, and recommendations to influence global program design and local implementation. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, efficiency, program effectiveness, and business alignment. Lead regional planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution across APAC. Benefits & Wellbeing Oversee APAC benefits strategy, governance, administration, and delivery aligned with the global Total Rewards philosophy. Lead annual renewals, vendor and broker management, and benefits implementation planning. Ensure programs comply with local regulatory requirements and are appropriately documented, governed, and communicated. Evaluate benefit competitiveness, employee needs, and market practices; recommend enhancements aligned with company philosophy and financial objectives. Support wellbeing, recognition, engagement initiatives, and related APAC communications. Compensation Support Partner with Global Compensation on regional initiatives, including annual compensation cycles, market reviews, salary structures, and selected projects. Support job architecture and career framework activities by providing regional insights, local market perspective, and implementation support. Provide regional and India-specific insights on labor market trends, competitive positioning, salary structures, compensation components, CTC design, allowances, benefits, statutory considerations, and employee impact. Partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional teams to support consistent, compliant execution of Total Rewards programs. Governance & Financial Management Manage regional benefits budgets, vendor spend, and financial planning inputs with Finance, Procurement, and global Total Rewards leadership. Ensure appropriate governance, controls, documentation, and decision-making processes are in place for regional Total Rewards programs. Develop recommendations, business cases, and decision materials for senior leadership review. Support committee materials, executive reporting, and monitoring of program outcomes, risks, costs, and opportunities. Team Leadership Lead and develop the APAC Total Rewards team, including the APAC Total Rewards Manager and assigned Benefits/Rewards Analysts. Set clear priorities, expectations, development plans, operating rhythms, and accountability for high-quality delivery. Build organizational capability, succession strength, and team effectiveness within the region. KEY CAPABILITIES Operates with initiative, urgency, and ownership of outcomes. Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline Strong financial and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment Strong change management capabilities across multiple countries and stakeholders Thinks systematically, connecting strategy, operations, and stakeholder dynamics. Ability to balance global consistency with local market requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 8+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR rewards experience, including APAC program leadership and people or matrix leadership. Strong understanding of benefits, wellbeing, recognition, compensation, market benchmarking, and Total Rewards governance. Demonstrated experience with vendor management, annual renewals, regional program administration, budget management, and financial stewardship. Deep India Total Rewards expertise required, including salary structure design, compensation components, benefits administration, statutory and market allowances, cash and non-cash rewards, and the financial, compliance, and employee experience implications of structure changes.
