Senior Director Clinical Data Management

We are seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management, India to join our Clinical Data Management Leadership Team, supporting our clinical pipeline in an on-site role. You will shape the global operational vision and strategy for Data Management, build a high-performing regional organisation, and support the recruitment of top talent across other R&D functions. You will also act as the local R&D Lead for the Global Capability Centre, working across Clinical Data Operations, Central Services, External Data Acquisition, and external partners. Discover your role Build and lead a regional Clinical Data Management organisation spanning reporting, review, coding, laboratory data processing, and database operations. Serve as the R&D Lead for the Regeneron Global Capability Centre and the local point of contact for all R&D functions. Provide local leadership and guidance while supporting culture and engagement across R&D teams. Define functional metrics and quality indicators to drive compliance, quality, and timely portfolio delivery. Oversee functional service providers and external data vendors, managing performance and risk. Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operations, improve efficiency, and support inspection readiness. Advance automation and AI solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate data access. Shape organisation design, evaluate resource needs, and hire and develop talent across the team. This role requires 15+ years of clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech, including 10+ years of functional leadership and 8+ years of people management. Experience leading teams of 50–150 supporting global data management functions. Strong knowledge of clinical data management regulations and standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, GxP, and GDPR. Expertise in clinical data management systems such as EDC, eSource, eCOA, IRT, and medical coding platforms. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Does this sound like you?
