Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Job title: Franchise/NPI Artwork Supply Planner Locations: Verona (Italy), Wavre (Belgium), Barnard Castle (UK), Poznan (Polonia) Employment type: Temporary (18-months), Full-Time Closing date for applications: 26 August 2026 Job Purpose: As an NPI Artwork Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful launch of new products, acquisitions and re-brand projects by leading artwork-related activities from regulatory submission through to first launch waves. You will coordinate across markets, site, CMOs, supply chain strategy, Regulatory labelling, external artwork providers and wider artwork and packaging supply chain teams to ensure regulatory mock-ups and artwork inputs are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will provide clear guidance on the most effective artwork delivery approach for each business scenario, helping teams navigate complexity, manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with current processes, brand requirements and supply chain expectations. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Project manage end-to-end artwork process steps associated with regulatory submission and first launch waves, aligned with the NPI delivery process. Act as the primary artwork contact for assigned NPI and/or NBD projects, attending project meetings and providing guidance on artwork service delivery, priorities and ways of working. Manage multiple simultaneous and complex project requirements, ensuring clarity, alignment and timely decision-making across stakeholders. Resolve process and design queries in collaboration with GPO, DTL, Industrialisation, NPI teams and other relevant partners. Work with Market, Site, Central and Artwork Provider teams to secure commitment to tasks, timelines and key launch milestones. Assess workload and available capacity to support NPI project requirements effectively. Take action to maintain service and performance during periods of abnormal demand by aligning priorities and resource allocation with key stakeholders. Manage and coordinate major cross-regional artwork and packaging projects driven by regulatory, portfolio or operational changes beyond NPI or brand change activity. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects in partnership with Service Management teams. Support and coach continuous improvement strategy for the team or area, demonstrating progress against plan and sustaining standard ways of working. Coordinate updates to Regional Shared Pack Strategy and ensure changes are reflected in the relevant guidelines. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University degree in a technical or business-related field, ideally with foundational knowledge of supply chain processes. Proven experience managing complex projects in cross-functional and matrix environments. Experience supporting global brands and/or new product introduction activities. Experience in pharmaceutical, vaccines or FMCG packaging, customer management or artwork delivery environments, with knowledge of commercial print processes, artwork construction, pre-press stages, colour management and print supplier relationships. Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution in complex or changing situations. Confidence in managing diverse stakeholder relationships across functions, regions and external partners. Ability to deliver effectively against tight deadlines in fast-moving and evolving decision-making environments. Membership of a relevant supply logistics, artwork or packaging industry body would be an advantage.
