 Position Overview Position Dates: January 11, 2027 – June 30, 2027 We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our DevOps, Tools & Automation team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of test automation and software development, with a strong focus on Python-based development. You will help design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools that ensure the reliability and performance of our software systems. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python for backend services, APIs, and web applications. • Build reusable Python modules and utilities to support test automation. • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into Jenkins pipelines. • Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving test coverage and reliability. Required Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors • Problem-solving skills • Analytical and critical thinking • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment Required Skills and Competencie s • Some programming experience (Python preferred) Education and Experience Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant engineering program. • 0-2 years hands on experience in software development or functional and non-functional testing Additional Informatio n • The position is hybrid at our facility in Acton, MA. • Travel is estimated at 5% but will flex depending on business needs. This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs. Additional Information: 
Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
