As a Senior Associate, Cash & Liquidity Management supporting the Treasury Operations team , you will be trusted to help execute critical treasury activities across the Americas region while partnering on selected global projects. In this role, a typical day will include: Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management activities across multiple banking relationships. Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations, and analyses related to cash balances, debt, interest expense, and funding activities. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Legal, and Treasury stakeholders to support operational treasury processes. Execute and monitor banking transactions while ensuring compliance with treasury controls and procedures. Support month-end activities, process improvements, and treasury initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Corporate Finance, or a related function. Experience supporting treasury operations within a multinational organization is preferred. Experience with banking operations, treasury reporting, and account reconciliations. Exposure to debt administration and/or interest expense management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred. Experience with Treasury Management Systems; FIS is a plus. Exposure to cash forecasting, cash positioning, or liquidity analysis is preferred. Interest in data analytics and process improvement is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
