DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager , ERP Architecture. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. This role will plan, design build, and govern the multi-instance SAP application landscape including ECC and S/4 as DePuy Synthes separates from JnJ to become a stand alone organization. We are looking for a SAP platform leaders to manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances supporting Day 1 separation, lead through the TSA transition , and execute on SAP instance consolidation into S/4 supporting TSA exit. This role will be responsible will will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP/SAP architecture with business processes, enabling operational efficiency, innovation, and growth. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology direction and contribute to a modern, connected digital ecosystem including AI. We are looking for experienced SAP platform professionals with one or more of the following skill sets: SAP Basis SAP Security SAP ABAP Development SAP BTP and IS Integration Key Responsibilities Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances supporting Day 1 separation, lead through the TSA transition period, and execute on SAP instance consolidation into S/4 supporting TSA exit. Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve ERP architecture goals, and communicate those plans to supervisors and individual contributors Allocate resources for the assessment of new technology , delivery of ERP capabilities, and execution of lifecycle management Direct day-to-day operations for solving problems related to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms Define and maintain ERP and enterprise application architecture standards, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standards Oversee the design and integration of ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring compatibility across systems, technologies, and data environments Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the ERP architecture function Manage operational aspects of the team (workflow, performance, compliance), ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions Coordinate vendor, system integrator, and delivery partner activities to ensure adherence to architecture standards Identify opportunities to
