The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 600 employees.  Objective of the role : Operation and monitoring of production processes for the manufacture of assemblies or finished products that meet specifications. Detailed tasks of the role : Start-up during order changes in accordance with the relevant specifications, including ensuring line clearance and checking test stations with validation parts/challenge parts. Loading production equipment with individual parts and changing bins and trays according to specifications. Taking sample lots and visually inspecting parts according to specifications. Properly entering equipment status at the production terminals according to specifications. Independently carrying out changeover procedures on production equipment when switching variants, in accordance with instructions from supervisors and operational requirements. Carrying out production documentation according to instructions and specifications, including documenting lot changes, obtaining release approval, entering quantities in the MES, and documenting validations and revisions. Cleaning activities within the work area, including the machine, handling equipment, other equipment, and the surrounding area. Handling defective parts on the machines according to instructions from supervisors. Continuous improvement in the production process. Supporting ongoing production according to specifications and instructions. Required authorities: None. Role-related KPIs: Agreed as needed via personal objectives.     Required education / qualifications and professional experience: Knowledge acquired through at least a 2-year apprenticeship, e.g. as a machine and equipment operator, or equivalent, or knowledge gained through many years of professional experience / a multi-week induction period.   Solid structured way of working   All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
