Work Flexibility: Field-based Position Summary This is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Will also inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices. He/she will also create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline What you will do: Drive sales execution within the assigned territory to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Partner with Regional Sales Business Managers to promote products and solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key decision-makers. Identify and develop new business opportunities through government accounts, tenders, and institutional procurement channels. Optimize the utilization of product demonstration units to support customer engagement, evaluations, and conversions. Collaborate closely with Area Business Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer success. Retain and expand key customer accounts while proactively identifying new opportunities to strengthen the customer base. Develop, manage, and grow multiple sales channels, including distributors and direct sales networks, to maximize market coverage. Deliver tailored techno-commercial solutions that address customer requirements and support informed purchasing decisions. Drive technology adoption by upgrading existing customers to advanced products and solutions that enhance clinical and operational outcomes. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Sales & Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2-4 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry, with preference for orthopedic, surgical, clinical products, or medical device sales. Operating room (OR) experience with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and customer engagement in surgical environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility, develop relationships, and influence key stakeholders. Solid understanding of healthcare technologies and the scientific principles behind medical equipment and solutions. Knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, including account planning, opportunity management, and business development. Experience in Key Account Management, including an understanding of hospital procurement, buying processes, and tender management. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop basic business plans, assess customer and channel partner needs, and identify growth opportunities. Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability, and learning agility to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment. Travel Percentage: 80%
