Join Fortrea and play a key role in advancing clinical research while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and data quality. This is a client-dedicated Unblinded CRA I role, supporting clinical trials where access to treatment assignment information is required. What you'll do: Monitor and manage clinical trial sites from start-up through closeout. Conduct site visits, training, and ongoing support for study teams. Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Review source data and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality. Support audit readiness and issue resolution at site level. Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to keep studies on track. Travel to investigator sites as required. What we're looking for: Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 6 months of independent monitoring experience. Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English and local language skills.
