What will you do? Engineering Excellence : Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations. Project Management : Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers. Equipment Reliability : Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management. Smart Manufacturing Innovation : Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey. Automation Expertise : Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations. Digital & Data Expertise : Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies. Asset Management : Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance. Problem-Solving : Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross functional collaboration.
