Lead the growth of Medtronic's Endovascular business within your territory by developing strategic customer relationships, driving adoption of innovative therapies, and consistently achieving sales objectives. Partner with healthcare professionals to provide product expertise, procedural support, and education that enhance patient care. Aortic Sales representatives must have the ability to work and/or travel outside of normal business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support. Territory for this role: Phoenix . Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time; a valid driver's license, active insurance is required for this role. In addition, the final candidate must have a driving record that meets company standards. To find all Aortic Sales positions please use #aorticsales in the key word search at Medtronic Careers POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals, drive market growth, and deliver strong business results. Drive territory growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, developing strategic account plans, and executing sales strategies to expand market presence. Manage territory operations through effective customer coverage, accurate account records, expense control, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Support physician procedures by scrubbing into aortic cases, providing clinical expertise, technical guidance, and real-time product support throughout the procedure. Influence market adoption and revenue growth by developing trusted customer partnerships, leading persuasive sales presentations, generating new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to strengthen Medtronic's competitive position. Support customer success by delivering timely solutions, providing product expertise and education, and fostering strong partnerships through a professional and customer-focused approach. Build strong internal partnerships and communicate critical market, customer, and competitive insights to drive sales execution, improve customer experience, and support business growth. Maintain deep clinical, technical, and competitive product knowledge while continuously developing skills to effectively support customers and drive business growth. Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent travel to customer sites, transporting product and equipment, prolonged periods of standing or walking, and working in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases. Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences Preferred Qualifications 3+ years medical device sales experience in a hospital environment; selling interventional cardiology or vascular surgery products. AAA and/or Thoracic Procedural knowledge Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive and volatile environment. Consistent success working in a variety of business conditions Top 10% past performance, President’s Club winner or equivalent Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
