Work Flexibility: Field-based At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Canberra. This is a hands-on role where things move quickly, and you’ll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, brings a strong desire to grow and has experience influencing outcomes in clinical or sales environments. You’ll take part in a comprehensive onboarding program that includes workshops, online learning and in-theatre training to help you build confidence quickly. What you’ll do: Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region Deliver education and in-servicing to hospital teams Manage instruments, set preparation and case logistics Stay across new products, techniques and industry developments Who you are: Someone who thrives working alongside others and contributes positively to team success Driven to grow, develop and take on new challenges Able to influence decision-making in clinical or sales settings Reliable and composed in fast-paced theatre environments Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Curious, adaptable and eager to learn Sales or healthcare experience is an advantage, but comprehensive training is provided What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or healthcare‑related role. Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres. Current valid driver’s licence. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science). Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments. Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry. Why this role?
