The role combines tender coordination, contract administration, and compliance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and policy‑aligned submissions. Working in a highly international environment, you will act as a key point of contact between Sales, Legal, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to business growth and operational excellence. This role will be based on our Milano office, with hybrid setting (4 days in the office, 1 day at home). Please send your CV in English! Your tasks include Monitoring public and private calls for tenders across assigned regions, with a strong focus on Italy Informing and coordinating with Sales teams on new tender opportunities and following up throughout the process Reviewing tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements Coordinating the timely submission of compliant and high-quality tender offers Managing the full lifecycle of tender-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and amendments Overseeing document distribution, classification, and archiving in line with internal standards Maintaining and updating tender and contract data in Salesforce, while handling related administrative issues Your profile Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, law or a related field Fluent Italian; additional language is an asset Good working knowledge of English At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in tender, contract, or project coordination Experience in the medical, diagnostics, or biotechnology industry is an advantage Confident user of MS Office tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a solution‑focused and collaborative mindset What we offer Bonus/Commission Local benefits Referral Program Volunteer Day Internal Academy ( QIALearn ) Employee Assistance Program Hybrid work (conditional to your role) Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
