About This Role: During this internship you support a large-scale contract metadata clean up project. The successful candidate will review contracts to validate, extract, and maintain critical contract metadata, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across enterprise systems. This role plays an important part in supporting contract governance, data integrity, reporting, and future business processes. What You’ll Do: Review legal contracts to extract/confirm relevant data points Accurately enter and update contract data into internal systems Flag inconsistencies or missing information for follow-up Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all entries Who You Are: You are a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with structured information and understands the importance of clean, reliable data. This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about supplier contracts, procurement operations, and the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process. You'll gain hands-on experience in contract management and data governance while contributing to a high-impact, company-wide initiative that helps shape the future of how we work. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Comfortable reading and interpreting legal language Appreciation for clean data and its downstream impact Prior experience with data entry or contract review is a plus, but not required Preferred Skills: Prior experience with data entry or contract review. Familiarity with procurement processes or Source to Pay (S2P) systems. Experience in managing sensitive information securely. Additional Employment Conditions We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week. An hourly rate is 31,40 PLN. Candidates must be current students or recent graduates and eligible to work in Poland.
