Internship – APAC RIO (Regulatory)

Role Description & Responsibilities The purpose of the internship role is to support the Regional Regulatory Hub by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO , GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation Any other Ad hoc operations support.
