For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Apprentice - Engineering Job Description Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for process equipment across MPP-III PP-II and PD Lab areas while learning and adhering to cGMP and safety standards. Follow cGMP guidelines and all plant safety rules at all times. Assist in daily maintenance planning and execution based on production and safety requirements. Support preventive maintenance of process equipment in MPP-III, PP-II, PD Lab, and Kilo Lab areas. Raise purchase requisitions (PR) and coordinate with vendors for calibration and validation activities. Assist in equipment and utility modifications for new processes. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as per safety and operational requirements. Participate in qualification and re-qualification of process and utility equipment. Maintain proper documentation and comply with SOP requirements. Assist in breakdown maintenance of equipment to ensure minimal downtime. Help in maintaining and organizing spare parts and tools. Ensure good housekeeping in the workshop and spares/tools area. Monitor and control lube oil and water spillages. Support AHU maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities.
