Site Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Under limited supervision provides comprehensive daily administration support to the Liverpool site with some specific duties aligned to provide support to EHS. Undertaking other ad hoc duties as required within the Liverpool site. RESPONSIBILITIES Support for EHS team in organizing training/organizing PRs and General Administrative Support Undertaking a variety of administration tasks providing daily administrative support to the Liverpool site Organising/coordinating key meetings Providing some support with booking travel/expenses/taxi bookings Some support with PO’s and invoicing Ordering catering for meetings. Ordering of stationery supplies Provide support for other Site Administrators when required (holiday cover) Supporting with any other duties as and when required EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent vocations or technical training EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally with 1-2 years of relevant experience About CSL Seqirus CSL Seqirus is part of CSL.
