Facilitate a safe operational environment for all employees by strictly complying with and enforcing all company safety requirements. People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values.&#xa0; In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities: Ensure all operations associates are in compliance with Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Proactively train, demonstrate, instruct, and counsel employees to ensure that SOPs are followed and productivity targets are met Supervise and lead employees through a variable workload of tasks as dictated by dynamic client business needs Work with the Operation Managers to evaluate and implement approved process changes to improve productivity Promptly respond to Eversana client requests as required Generate and submit safety incident reports; ensure that all members involved in safety incidents are sent for urinalysis immediately following the incident. EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB: Assists in directing the workflow while sharing the workload with co-workers. Effectively communicates with co-workers and the supervisor regarding work requirements. The ability to function as a conduit between supervisors and co-workers. Pays meticulous attention to detail and possesses a task-oriented work ethic. Flexibility and composure in response to changing requirements. Ability to receive and convey information accurately in a timely manner. Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision in a timely manner on a daily basis. Ability to consistently meet minimum productivity standards Ability to safely operate fork lift equipment without incident. Ability to maintain zero defect performance. Analytical aptitude. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. &#xa0; A college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong communication skills across multiple departments Effective reasoning and problem-solving skills 1-5 years leadership experience within a 3PL/warehouse environment Ability to set the pace in team environment. Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to focus on detail and quality. Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks. Ability to listen and respond with empathy and tact. Ability to safely and efficiently operate power equipment in a confined environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree Communication :&#xa0; English Experience and/or Training: &#xa0;Receiving, Inventory Control, Cost Savings Initiatives, Production Scheduling, Lean Manufacturing, 5s, Product Implementation and Launch Technology/Equipment: WMS Systems: AS 400, MARC, Manhattan, SAP, Red Prairie, MS Windows: Excel, Outlook 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse preferably in the receiving department PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Warehouse: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment.
