Meet the team: APAC Supply Chain organization formed by the functions of APAC Countries' Supply Chain Commercial Operation support team, Order Fulfillment, Logistics & Network Optimization, Project Management, Digital Transformation and Indirect Procurement. As part of this innovative, collaborative and highly effective team, you will support the planning and execution of supply chain initiatives, helping to drive timely delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined governance, and clear communication across multiple teams and stakeholders. Where you come in: You will support the execution of APAC Supply Chain programs and projects, including regional initiatives, commercial launch readiness, operational improvements, and supply chain transformation activities. You will lead assigned project workstreams by managing actions, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and follow through across cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT, and other regional or global teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery. You will maintain project governance routines, including project trackers, action logs, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence, documentation, and status reporting. You will support regional deployment activities by ensuring project plans, milestones, readiness activities, and stakeholder inputs are clearly defined and actively managed. You will provide structured updates, data, analysis, and recommendations to support project decisions, leadership reviews, and timely escalation of risks or issues. You will help drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying process gaps, improving visibility, and strengthening consistency in how APAC Supply Chain projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. You support APAC supply chain projects from initiation through execution, including tracking scope, timelines, resources, risks and deliverables. You lead assigned project workstreams and ensure action owners complete agreed deliverables on time. You support cross-functional initiatives such as geo-expansion, commercial launch readiness, new product introductions, lifecycle activities and channel operations improvements. You maintain project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, meeting minutes and status reports to ensure visibility and alignment. You support compliance with medical device regulatory and quality system requirements, including FDA, ISO 13485 and applicable APAC country regulations. You assist in documentation, validation tracking, change control support and audit readiness activities. You work with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to ensure project deliverables meet compliance, traceability and documentation requirements. You support translation of global supply chain initiatives into executable APAC project plans. You prepare project updates, reports and presentation materials for project reviews, steering committees and leadership discussions. You support governance preparation, meeting cadence, escalation tracking and decision documentation. You monitor project risks related to supply continuity, suppliers, logistics, capacity, inventory and regional deployment readiness. You apply Lean, Operational Excellence or continuous improvement practices to improve project execution and process effectiveness. You perform additional duties assigned to support team and organizational goals What makes you successful: You have strong project execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track actions, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects moving forward. You bring a practical understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and how project decisions can impact launch readiness, service, cost, inventory, planning, logistics, and business continuity. You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and regional environment, partnering with stakeholders across different functions, countries, cultures, and levels of the organization. You have strong communication skills and can translate project priorities, risks, decisions, and next steps into clear updates for working teams and leadership. You are confident using project management tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making. You demonstrate ownership, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset, staying accountable for outcomes while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
