Responsibilities: As the Lead Specialist, you will work with the HR organization, employees, and managers across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions. Your key responsibilities will include: Coach and support colleagues on a range of HR policies and practices, creating guidelines and processes for an efficient way of working. Provide operational expertise. Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching on techniques to increase efficiency, improve call control, and exceed customer expectations. Provide training, collate feedback, and direct feedback appropriately to HR Solutions Associates to facilitate and influence others to understand, support and drive resolution. Anticipate pitfalls and acts as a change agent to influence and drive improvements through sharing feedback and proposals for solutions. Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers and drive improvement in performance deliverables Processing HR inquiries and transactions specifically, to a high quality and service standard in accordance with standard operating procedures. Manage complex questions, escalate those cases that are outside standard guidance and need further support through resolution processes, directing inquiries where necessary to the Center of Excellence Provide ongoing feedback and share learnings to maintain strong content and enable other HR Solutions team members to update processes and build on new specialist topics or required learnings. Applying a compliance and audit mindset in all areas you support. Complying with global guidelines and standards. Conduct weekly quality checks and provide training/resources where gaps exist. Basic Qualifications 2+ years’ experience working in a HR environment. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Workday experience. Additional Skills/Preferences Customer service or operations experience. Bilingual/Multilingual with English Proven ability to work with confidential information. Strong resilience to ambiguous environments Strong stakeholder management Additional Information Flexibility in hours worked expected, including public holidays. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is €33,750 - €49,500 Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
