About the opportunity As a Tender & Contract Specialist, you will support the management of tender and contract activities throughout the tender lifecycle, from opportunity screening through contract finalisation. Working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders, you will help ensure timely and compliant tender submissions, maintain accurate contract documentation, and contribute to the smooth execution of tender-related processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in public procurement and contract administration while working in an international and dynamic environment. Your tasks include Monitor tender opportunities across assigned regions and identify relevant calls for tender. Inform Sales Representatives of new tender opportunities and follow up on required actions. Review tender documentation, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Prepare and submit tender documentation accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain tender-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, amendments, and supporting documents. Ensure proper classification, distribution, maintenance, and archiving of tender and contract documentation. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support the resolution of day-to-day contract and tender-related issues. Your profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Fluent French and good working knowledge of English; additional language skills, particularly German, are considered an advantage. Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally including supporting tender, contract, project coordination, or administrative processes. Experience within biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries would be an advantage. Legal or contract administration experience is considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience is preferred. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
