Job Function: Pharmaceutical Sales Job Sub Function: Key Account Management – Pharm (No Commission) Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China Job Description: Position Title: Key Account Strategic Planning Lead Reporting Line: Reports to: Head of Key Account Dotted-line Report: Key Account Strategy Program Manager Role Purpose: The Key Account Strategic Planning Lead for KA HQ is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and performance optimization across the KA organization. This role ensures that KA strategies are effectively designed, implemented, and monitored to support business objectives and foster collaboration with Business Units. Key Responsibilities: - KA Strategy Development & Optimization: Lead the formulation, refinement, and execution of KA team objectives and strategies. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with overall business priorities. - BU Alignment & Governance Integration: Facilitate consensus-building on shared goals between KA and BUs. Ensure seamless integration of management mechanisms and governance practices across functions. - KA RSM Coordination: Organize regular meetings with KA RSMs to track business progress, clarify issues and challenges, and follow up on agreed actions. - Operational Support & Performance Tracking: Oversee development and maintenance of KA Dashboard for performance monitoring and reporting. Support management meetings and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making. - KA Management Mechanisms & Incentive Plan Optimization: Continuously improve KA management frameworks, governance processes, and operational standards. Optimize KA incentive plans to drive performance and engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic business priorities.
