We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference. 【職務内容】 ■概要：東京本社のマネジャーのもと、大阪本社における、以下のコーポレートリアルエステートサービス業務全般を担当していただきます。 社内設備・建物設備等の維持管理(ファシリティ構築・管理・運用、固定資産管理、契約書管理などの社内 外での調整等)やビル管理会社とのコミュニケーション オフィスレイアウト・座席管理 社内便、郵便・宅配便の管理 機密文書の廃棄（シュレッダー、破棄など）とリサイクル等の管理 社内カンファレンスのコーディネート 社内イベント企画参加やコーディネート オフィスカードキー、会議室鍵等の貸出対応 宅急便伝票仕分け 給茶機、宅急便、倉庫、コピー機等オフィス周りの請求書処理 その他コーポレート業務全般 ITサポート ■応募条件： コーポレートサービス、ファシリティ部門経験者歓迎 事務サポート業務経験 オフィスレイアウト管理経験あれば尚良（ジュニアレベル可） マイクロソフトオフィス(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント) 英語に抵抗のない方（目安：英検2 級、TOEIC500 以上あれば尚良）
