Work Flexibility: Hybrid What You Will Do Lead purchasing teams to execute strategic and tactical procurement activities that support supply continuity, inventory targets, and manufacturing requirements. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including supplier performance, purchase order execution, inventory health, and service levels. Facilitate participation in operational reviews and provide timely updates on purchase order status, supply risks, and recovery plans. Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives to resolve process gaps, increase efficiency, and support standardization across purchasing operations. Partner with internal stakeholders to align purchasing priorities, business objectives, and operational requirements. Guide supplier escalation management and oversee actions that mitigate supply, inventory, and operational risks. Develop team capability by setting performance objectives, conducting talent reviews, and creating development plans for managers and buyers. Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience leading people managers, purchasing teams, or supply chain teams. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements applicable to regulated manufacturing environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical technology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing sourcing and procurement. Experience managing supplier agreements, commercial contracts, or vendor relationship programs. Travel Percentage: 10%
