We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and energetic corporate Senior FX Analyst with solid treasury management system (TMS) skills to support the foreign exchange (FX) risk management function in the Treasury department. This role will partner with the Accounting team and other Finance/Treasury leaders to collect and analyze FX exposures and recommend hedges for both the balance sheet and the income statement, while supporting forecasting, improving reporting, and optimizing treasury processes in the treasury management system (TMS), Kyriba. The Senior FX Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, FX hedge recommendations, reporting, and treasury process support, with a strong focus on Kyriba TMS usage and optimization. What we’re looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree, a plus but not a requirement. CTP, CPA, CFA, or another finance certification, a plus but not a requirement Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, or accounting in corporate finance setting. 2+ years of direct experience with Kyriba TMS (or another TMS) and FX trading platforms Bloomberg and/or FXALL preferred FX risk management experience (i.e., balance sheet hedging and cashflow hedging) from a corporate treasury department. Experience working at one or more multinational corporations. Candidates with solely banking backgrounds will most likely not be considered. Experience leveraging AI platform(s) to conduct research and analysis on FX topics. Work experience in manufacturing/distribution sector, a plus but not a requirement. Work experience in biotechnology sector, a plus but not a requirement. Who you are: Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and/or EPM systems such as Hyperion Knowledge of corporate balance sheet hedging programs and cashflow hedging programs. Solid understanding of trading and hedging tools, such as FX spot trades, FX forwards (including evaluating forward points), non-deliverable forwards (NDFs), FX swaps, and FX options. Strong knowledge of FX trading operational processes, cash management, and banking processes. Advanced-to-expert level Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and producing clean, accurate (with built-in checks), and user-friendly financial models and dashboards that can be presented in PowerPoint. Strong writing skills (in both e-mails and documentation) and verbal skills with ability to explain FX concepts across finance functions. Keen attention to detail, completes tasks with accuracy, and possesses excellent time management skills to stay on top of weekly work assignments independently and proactively. High level of professional maturity. Proactively digs into the details, with strong ability to ‘connect the dots.’ Ability to train others in FX operations, document processes, and support system enhancements. How you will thrive and create impact: Accurate FX reporting, reliable forecasts, improved treasury processes, and actionable insights for leadership. Power user of Kyriba for FX risk management. Use Kyriba TMS to collect and manage FX exposures from SAP, recommend and prepare new and adjustment hedges, build post-trade realized and unrealized FX hedge gain/loss calculations and reports, including month-end FX hedge valuations (mark-to-market) reports and monthly exposures-vs-hedges gain/loss variance summary reports, and explain the results. On a weekly basis, complete comprehensive FX exposures analysis to identify new and/or changing exposures for hedging considerations. Track results. Stay abreast of global economic indicators and geopolitical events that could impact FX markets and the company’s net FX risk exposure position profile. Partner with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams on monthly/quarterly close, reconciliations, FX rates forecasting, and FX risk management reporting. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses. Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and recommendations based on financial data. Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve treasury processes.
