A Day in the Life Careers That Change Lives The ICT Integration Lead is accountable for advancing a cohesive, end-to-end Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) business over time, while aligning to leadership direction on pacing and prioritization. The role ensures the organization maintains strong execution within individual therapy areas in the near term, while deliberately building toward a more integrated operating model and customer experience. The Integration Lead balances two critical objectives: protecting delivery and performance within each therapy area and preserving line of sight to the long-term opportunity to unlock greater value across the combined ICT portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Integration Strategy and Phasing: Define a clear, phased approach to ICT integration, including near-, mid-, and longer-term priorities Establish what integration activities should occur now versus later, based on business readiness and value Continuously assess and adjust the integration roadmap in alignment with leadership direction, execution progress, and organizational capacity Protection of Therapy Execution: Ensure integration efforts do not disrupt delivery of core business commitments, including product development, clinical milestones, and commercial performance Maintain clarity of ownership and accountability within therapy areas Evaluate and prioritize integration activities based on impact to execution risk and business outcomes Identification of Targeted Integration Opportunities: Identify and advance high-value, low-disruption integration opportunities across the ICT portfolio Enable collaboration where it improves performance, without introducing unnecessary complexity or coordination overhead Focus on “no-regret” moves that create immediate value while laying the groundwork for future integration Leadership Alignment and Communication: Support leadership alignment on the integration approach, including rationale for pacing and sequencing Maintain a consistent narrative that balances near-term execution priorities with long-term integration objectives Reinforce shared accountability for advancing the overall ICT business, in addition to individual therapy performance Coordinate ICT leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, operating norms, and other critical LT priorities Future-State Operating Model Development: Define the long-term vision for an integrated ICT operating model, including how the organization will collectively serve interventional cardiologists Develop future-state scenarios and pathways without forcing premature implementation Ensure alignment between innovation, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions over time Operating Model and Governance: Define and implement decision-making structures and operating mechanisms that reflect both current autonomy and future integration Clarify decision rights across therapy areas and functions Enable effective escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment across enabling functions, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, quality, finance, and HR Clarify where coordination is required versus where independent execution is appropriate Manage interdependencies to ensure progress without over-integration Program Leadership and Integration PMO: Establish and lead the integration program and associated PMO structure Provide visibility into progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks across integration initiatives Ensure disciplined execution against agreed priorities, aligned to the phased integration approach Role Principles Integration is advanced deliberately and in alignment with business readiness, not driven prematurely Near-term performance and commitments take priority, with integration efforts designed to support—not disrupt—delivery Focus is placed on high-value integration opportunities that improve outcomes without introducing unnecessary complexity The long-term vision for an integrated ICT business is maintained, even as execution remains phased Expected Impact Sustained performance and delivery within individual therapy areas Clear, coordinated progress toward an integrated ICT operating model over time Improved alignment across functions without loss of focus or accountability Positioning of the ICT business to deliver a more connected and effective experience for interventional cardiologists in the future Must Have: Minimum Requirements- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum r equirements are evident in your applicant profile: Bachelors degree required Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10&#43; years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10&#43; years of managerial experience.
